Contractor and Allied Health Workers Induction

Contractors and allied health workers providing a service to St Mark's College are able to complete the induction offsite. 

As a contractors and allied health workers at St Mark’s College, the following compliances are required to access our site:

In accordance with Government regulation, all St Mark's College contractors and allied health workers are required to provide proof of their Double Vaccination for COVID-19.
This proof can be provided either:

  • in person at College Administration (Bosco Campus, The Terrace)
  • emailed to College Administration at info@smc.catholic.edu.au

*Note: any emailed copies of Double Vaccination proof will be destroyed once received and recorded.

All St Mark's College contractors and allied health workers must have a current Working with Children Check (WWCC).

If you do not have a current WWCC, you can obtain one through the College Administration (Bosco Campus, The Terrace). 

Contractors and/or allied health workers requiring a WWCC should see Shona who is available between 8.00am - 11.30am and 1.00pm - 4.00pm daily in the College Administration office.

100 points of proof of identification is required, please bring original (or certified copies) copies. (If the name used on your ID documents differs, please also bring proof of name change- i.e. Marriage Certificate.)

All contractors and allied health workers at St Mark's College must complete an Induction to Site.

Allied health workers: 

Contractors will be required to provide certain documentation, these documents are:

  • Public Liability Insurance;
  • Professional Indemnity Insurance (where required);
  • Workers Compensation Insurance;
  • Business Certificate / ABN;
  • Appropriate Trade Licence (e.g. electrical, plumber, gardener);
  • High Risk Work Licence (e.g. scaffolding, forklift,);
  • Competency Certificates
